Today marked the first day of snow in the Wasatch this season! With visions of skiing dancing through our heads we headed up to Brighton and hiked up to Mary and Katherine Lakes. Patches of aspens have started to turn color and you can tell the alpine flora is preparing for a new season. Here's a couple interpretations of Mary Lake. (Sonja's photo above, Mike's below)
